Refund and Returns Policy

Cancellation Policy –

We follow very transparent policies for our customers to provide them with the best experience and work:

1. An order placed cannot be considered for cancellation after 12 hours of order placement. In case if the team have initiated the work or once the customer communication is started with the team.

2. No cancellations would be entertained for the services that our marketing team has offered to the customers on special occasions like New Year, Christmas, Diwali, Holi, Thanksgiving etc.

3. Once the customer paid, the amount cannot be returned back in any case and can only be adjusted for any future order within 120 days.

4. Any issues raised on projects from the customer would not be entertained if it is related to any third-party service or software like hosting, domain, server, email, images, videos, plugins, etc. And in terms get such issues resolved by eSearch Logix, an extra fee would be applicable to the customer.

 

In case you have not received the accurate services as promised or shown on the website, then bring the problem to our support team or sales team notice within 24 hours of receiving it, and we will take appropriate action on same.

Refund Policy –

If you are not satisfied with our Seller Account Management Services, you can claim a refund within 30 days from the date of payment.

We can not issue any refunds, requested after 30 days.

You need to write an email @ info@jdkservices.in & accounts@jdkservices.in

Refunds (Conditions) –
1. We may ask you to put down or stop using, Any work done from the start of the services till the refund. For Example Listings, Any images created by us, Advertising Campaigns, any license, documents, etc.

2. You can not remove our access to the seller account until your refund is approved.

Once your return request is received, you can expect your refund within 30 days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sold services plan.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, the services plan cannot be refunded.
