On the Flipkart.com site,   Product ratings are shown for all customers –  certified customers includes the non-certified customers also, as we consider the rating from only certified customers, you will see this mismatch. Please note: Only certified customer ratings are considered to remove the bias of non-certified customer ratings.

You can check the customer rating performance for your product in the Detailed pages for ‘Rating’ You can navigate through: Growth tab→ Performance overview → Average Product rating

You can check the return performance for your product in the Detailed pages for ‘Customer Returns’ You can navigate through : Growth tab→ Performance overview → Customer Returns units

Here is the grid that explains the state of F-assured badge for a listing, depending on the Return or Rating profile for the listing   Rating- Good Rating- Medium Rating- Poor Returns- Good Returns- Medium Returns- Poor  

You can check the F-assured badge for your product under My-listings tab and Flipkart Fulfillment inventory tab. You can also check the performance of your product with respect to retaining the F-Assured badge for your products. Product has F-Assured badge. F-Assured badge is given with a warning( Either Returns or Ratings is in ‘Medium’ state)

No, Flipkart Assured badge will be given based on the product performance in Returns and customer ratings.  If the Flipkart Fulfilled/Smart fulfilment product does not qualify the performance benchmark, the product will be debadged.

F-assured badge is given based on below eligibility criteria. Only Flipkart Fulfilment  and Smart Fulfilment  listings are currently eligible for getting the F-assured badge. Customer returns  should be below the benchmark set by Flipkart Product Rating should be above the benchmark set by Flipkart
