To ship an order using DHL or Russian Post, your account should use a Russian postal address.
To ship an order:
- Go to the Orders & Shipping tab on eBay
- Click the order you want to ship
- In the pop-up window, click Ship with Russian Post or EMS/Ship with DHL
- Fill the required fields, then click Calculate shipping
